Step 2: Personalized Planning FormAfter our consultation, if you choose to use our services, we'll send you a detailed planning form. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything yet — we're here to guide you!
Step 3: Final Review Before the WeddingIn the week leading up to your wedding, we'll connect with you to go over your completed planning form. This is when we confirm all the details, double-check your music selections, check the phonetic spellings of people's names, and make sure there are no last-minute changes. By the time your wedding day arrives, everything will be perfectly in place.
The months of planning are finally done, and the big day is finally here. All there is left to do is for you to marry the love of your life. Here is a breakdown of what we will do on the day of to ensure your special day is perfect.
We'll arrive at your venue well in advance to set up all the equipment. Our state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems will be tested to ensure everything runs smoothly, creating the perfect ambiance for your ceremony and reception.
At your ceremony (if you need us), we'll provide about 15 minutes of quiet pre-ceremony background music as the guests take their seats. We'll play processional and recessional music of your choosing, plus any special ceremony music (sand ceremony, wine ceremony, unity candle, etc). We will also provide a microphone on a stand and a small podium/stand for speeches.
While you're taking photos or mingling, we'll set the mood with a curated playlist that complements the atmosphere. Light, enjoyable music will keep your guests entertained and engaged.
When it's time to introduce the newlyweds, we'll energize the room with your chosen entrance songs for you and your bridal party. During dinner, we'll play softer, background music that allows your guests to enjoy their meals and conversations.
We'll coordinate with you or your wedding planner to make sure toasts and speeches go smoothly and are on schedule. When it's time for your first dance, parent dances, or any other special moments, we'll cue up the perfect songs and provide seamless transitions.
This is where the fun kicks into high gear! We'll read the crowd and play a mix of your must-hear songs and other dance-floor favorites to keep everyone moving.
Throughout the evening, we'll take requests (if allowed by you) and make any important announcements, like bouquet tosses, cake cutting, or send-off moments.
We'll help wrap up your celebration with a memorable final song that leaves everyone with a smile. If you plan a special "goodbye" picture or special send-off at the end of the evening, we'll assemble your guests for it. Afterward, we'll pack up our equipment quietly and efficiently so you can enjoy the rest of your evening stress-free.
